We will have a contactor in the Mt. Olive Church Rd and Bennett Rd area 11/5/25 doing some major improvements to some valves. There will be a shutdown of water service in the area during the work. We cannot give a time of when the water will be back on after the shutdown. It will be done as quickly as possible to minimize the outage. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is to improve our aging water system and limit the number of customers in the area out of water in the future with breaks and repairs that will inevitably happen. Once this work is completed, we will be repairing the fire hydrant that is out of service on the Scott Rd end of Bennett Rd. There will be notices sent out when this repair is going to take place in the near future. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything we can to get your water service returned as quickly and safely as possible.
